MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Proof of Industry Qualifications is required for HAFAA members.
2. We require qualifications to be submitted before a Registration Certificate can be issued.
3. HAFAA will require copies of new/updated qualifications at the start of a new registration term before a new certification can be issued. If the member has not completed any new courses/qualifications that will be reflected in the dates on their registration certification.
3. In order to receive member perks and discounts, HAFAA may need to share your information with our partner business (for example, to receive a discount at Lorna Jane, they would require your information to add you to their system)
4. Members may not copy or share any information from this website, including workshops or masterclasses. Legal action will be taken if our content is redistributed.
5. Members may not share their unique perks and discount codes with anyone else. Legal action will be taken.
6. Members are expected to comply with the Code of Conduct listed on our Policies and Procedures page.
REFUND POLICY
You may request a refund by contacting HAFAA.
If your certificate and member profile have not yet been created or provided, your payment will be refunded in full.
Once your certificate, member profile or any other personalised membership materials have been created or provided, the service has already been performed. Any refund requested after this point will therefore be considered at HAFAA’s discretion. Where a discretionary refund is approved, a $20 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee contributes towards the design, website and administrative work already completed in preparing your certificate, profile and membership materials.
Refunds will be returned using the original payment method wherever possible.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are legally entitled to a refund or another remedy, those rights will apply.
