Over the last 14 years, I've built a diverse career in the fitness industry, specializing in women's health, particularly pre- and post-natal training. I've worked as a personal trainer, designing tailored programs that empower women to feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. I also lead high-energy group fitness classes, including HIIT, and teach mat Pilates, helping clients improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. As a current bodybuilding athlete in the fitness model category, I bring a deep understanding of physical conditioning and the mental strength required to achieve results. My mission is to help more women tap into their full potential, embrace their strength, and truly own their power.
