SOPHIE GRAY, Think Gray Psychotherapy
Sophie Gray has a Bachelors of Psychology and Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is the founder of private practice "Think Grey Psychotherapy" and loves working help clients with anxiety and building emotional resilience, which she recently released an online course for. She has been a fitness professional for 12 years and instructs Les Mills CX, BA, RPM and BP in Sydney, Australia.
AMY COOPER
Amy Cooper has a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement, a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Masters in Applied Sport Psychology. Amy mostly works with people under the age of 25, and is especially interested in complex trauma, personality disorders, and working with clients involved with youth justice and corrections. Amy has been a Les Mills instructor for about 15 years - she currently instructs Body Pump, Body Step and Body Combat, but is also trained in Body Balance and Sh'Bam.
