I have been involved in the sporting and fitness industry as a participant and a trainer, coach for many years. My career is continually evolving based on developing science and my own changing body and mindset.
I am passionate about holistic health, mind, body and spirit. Seeking optimal health in my own life and helping others achieve the same is truly what I live for. There is so more more to a good quality of life than fitness and diet alone.
I'm always training and studying new ways to improve all our lives. We are all unique.
